Project Overview

Lending & Credit Management Platform was developed for a private UAE financial operator that needed a clearer digital process for managing credit applications from submission through repayment. Customers could create profiles, submit applications, upload supporting documents and track application progress through a mobile interface. Credit and operations teams used web based tools to review applications, manage approval stages, monitor repayments and maintain customer records. Techanic Infotech connected these workflows through a shared platform so application data did not need to be transferred manually between separate systems. The result was a more structured lending experience for customers and better operational visibility for internal teams.

Project Idea

The business idea was to bring customer credit applications and internal lending operations into one connected digital workflow. The platform was designed to reduce manual handling while giving customers clearer visibility into application progress, required documents and repayment activity.

Traditional lending workflows can involve several handoffs between application teams, credit reviewers, operations staff and customers. When information moves through separate systems, teams can spend time checking application status, requesting missing documents or confirming whether an approval step has been completed. Customers can also be left without a clear view of what happens after submission.

Techanic Infotech connected application intake, document handling, credit review, approval stages and repayment tracking through shared services. Customers could submit information from one interface, while authorised teams could review applications and move them through defined lending stages. This created a common record that could be followed from the initial request through ongoing repayment.

The product principle focused on clarity, control and responsible decision making. Customers needed to understand what information was required and where their application stood. Internal teams needed accurate records and controlled access to sensitive financial information. Each workflow was therefore designed to make the next action clear while preserving a dependable operational history.

Challenges

The platform had to support customers with different levels of financial and digital experience. A first time borrower might need guidance when entering income details or uploading documents, while returning customers expected a quicker process. Credit teams also needed complete information before reviewing an application, so the customer journey had to reduce missing fields and unclear submissions without making the form unnecessarily difficult.

Credit applications can contain varied information covering personal details, employment, income, requested amounts and supporting documents. Keeping this information consistent across customer and internal views was important because reviewers needed to work from the same record submitted by the applicant. Techanic Infotech structured the data flow so updates, document status and review stages remained visible to authorised users.

Performance and reliability mattered when application volumes increased around salary periods, promotional campaigns or other periods of higher demand. Customers needed quick access to application status, while internal teams needed responsive searches and review screens when handling several cases. The platform was designed to keep these workflows responsive while maintaining clear status changes across applications, approvals and repayment records.

Project Features

The platform was built around the practical stages of a lending journey, from initial application to repayment. Customers receive clearer guidance, while credit and operations teams gain structured controls for managing applications and customer records.

  • Customer Profile and Application

Customers can create profiles, enter financial information and submit credit applications through a guided process that keeps required details organised.

  • Document Submission

Applicants can upload supporting documents, review submission requirements and track document status without relying on separate communication channels.

  • Credit Review Workflow

Authorised teams can review applications, assess submitted information and move cases through defined review stages with controlled access.

  • Approval Management

Credit teams can record approval decisions, update application status and maintain a clear history of actions taken during the lending process.

  • Repayment Tracking

Customers can view repayment information while internal teams monitor schedules, payment activity and outstanding amounts through connected records.

Results

Techanic Infotech delivered a connected lending platform across Android, iOS and Web, covering customer applications, document submission, credit review, approvals and repayment management. The product gave the financial operator one structured digital workflow rather than separate processes for customers and internal lending teams.

The main operational improvement was stronger visibility across the lending lifecycle. Credit and operations teams could see application status, submitted information, review activity and repayment records from connected interfaces. This made it easier to identify pending cases, follow up on missing information and understand where an application stood.

Customers received a more predictable lending journey with clearer application requirements and visible progress. Instead of depending on repeated status requests, they could review application and repayment information through the platform. Internal teams also had more consistent records when responding to customer queries or reviewing active credit accounts.

The client can now extend the platform as its lending operation grows in the UAE. Additional credit products, eligibility workflows, reporting functions and repayment services can be added within the existing structure, allowing the operator to expand capabilities without rebuilding the customer and operations experience.
