Project Overview
Enterprise Travel Platform is a UAE business travel solution designed to help companies manage employee trips, bookings, approvals and travel information through one connected system. Employees can create profiles, search travel options, submit booking requests and access trip details from their accounts. Travel managers can review requests, manage itineraries and coordinate approved bookings, while administrators oversee users, policies, suppliers and travel activity through a central dashboard. Techanic Infotech designed the platform around the practical needs of UAE businesses where frequent travel can involve multiple employees, approval levels, destinations and booking requirements that need to remain organised throughout the business trip.
Project Idea
The business idea was to create one digital workspace for companies managing business travel across different employees and destinations. The operator wanted to simplify trip requests and approvals while giving travel teams better visibility into bookings, itineraries and traveller activity.
Business travel can become difficult when employees request trips through email, managers approve them through separate channels and bookings are handled by another team. This creates gaps around approval status, traveller details, booking changes and final itineraries, especially when several employees are travelling at the same time.
Techanic Infotech connected traveller profiles, trip requests, approval workflows and booking information within one platform. Employees could submit travel requirements, managers could review requests and travel teams could manage approved bookings while keeping itinerary information linked to the relevant traveller and trip.
The product principle focused on clarity, control and convenience. Employees needed a simple way to request and manage travel, managers needed visibility before approving spend and travel teams needed complete trip context when arranging bookings. The platform was designed to reduce administrative back and forth while keeping business travel decisions organised.

Challenges
The platform had to support employees with different travel requirements, from a simple domestic business trip to a multi destination itinerary involving several bookings. First time users needed a straightforward request process, while frequent travellers expected saved traveller details and quick access to previous information. The experience also needed to support company specific approval rules without making employee bookings difficult.
Travel information can change across flights, hotels, transfers and other arrangements. Each booking has its own dates, times, confirmation details and cancellation conditions, while the overall itinerary needs to remain understandable to the traveller. Techanic Infotech structured trip records so individual bookings could be managed separately while still appearing as one coherent business journey.
Travel requests can increase around conferences, corporate events and busy business periods. Managers may need to review several requests while travel teams handle approved bookings and itinerary changes. The platform needed responsive search, request processing and status updates so employees could see where their trip stood and travel teams could act without losing important booking information.

Results
Techanic Infotech delivered a connected enterprise travel platform across Android, iOS and Web, bringing traveller profiles, trip requests, approvals, bookings and itineraries into one digital system. The launch gave the UAE operator a structured foundation for managing business travel across multiple companies and employees.
Travel teams gained one central dashboard for reviewing requests, approval status, bookings and itinerary activity. This reduced the need to reconcile travel information across email threads, spreadsheets and separate booking records, while giving authorised teams clearer visibility into active business trips.
Employees gained a more predictable travel experience from submitting a request through to accessing confirmed itinerary details. Managers could review relevant trip information before approving requests, while travel teams received structured booking requirements that made it easier to arrange and update business travel.
The platform provides a foundation for expanding enterprise travel services across the UAE. Additional companies, approval policies, travel suppliers, booking categories and expense workflows can be introduced within the existing structure, allowing the operator to support more corporate travel activity without rebuilding the core platform.
