Project Overview
Digital Banks and Neobanks was developed for a private UAE financial operator building a digital first banking service for customers who prefer managing money remotely. The platform brought account onboarding, identity verification, balances, transfers, payments, cards and support requests into one connected experience. Customers could complete routine banking activities through mobile interfaces, while internal teams used web tools to review onboarding, manage customer requests and monitor account activity. Techanic Infotech designed the product around a UAE audience that expects quick digital services without repeated branch visits. Clear financial information, guided actions and controlled access were built into the experience from the start.
Project Idea
The business idea was to create a digital banking service that could handle customer onboarding and everyday money management without depending on traditional branch based processes. The platform gave customers one place to open an account, manage funds, make payments and access banking support.
A digital first bank has to make several connected processes feel like one journey. Customers may move from identity verification to account activation, then return later to transfer money or manage a card. If these functions operate separately, customers face repeated steps and internal teams have less context when resolving account issues.
Techanic Infotech connected onboarding, account services, payments and support through shared customer and transaction data. The platform could guide customers through verification before account access, while internal teams received controlled tools for reviewing onboarding cases, customer requests and account activity.
The product principle centred on simplicity, transparency and control. Customers needed to understand what action they were taking and what would happen next. Internal teams needed accurate information and clear permissions. The experience therefore reduced unnecessary steps while preserving the controls expected from a regulated financial service.

Challenges
The platform needed to support customers entering the service at different stages. A new customer might be completing identity verification for the first time, while an existing customer could already be making transfers or managing cards. The onboarding flow had to explain each required step clearly, while returning customers needed quick access to the services they used most often.
Customer information also moved across several banking functions. Identity details, account information, beneficiaries, transactions and support requests needed to remain consistent throughout the customer journey. Techanic Infotech structured the platform so that changes made during onboarding or account management could be reflected across connected services without creating conflicting records or unnecessary manual work.
Performance mattered during periods of concentrated customer activity, including salary days, bill payment periods and high transaction windows. Account balances, transaction history and payment status needed to load quickly while customers completed financial actions. The platform was designed with responsive service calls and clear transaction states so customers were not left uncertain about whether an action had been processed.

Project Features
The platform was structured around the core journeys of a digital first bank. Customers could complete onboarding, manage money and access support through one experience, while internal teams retained appropriate operational visibility and control.
Digital Account Onboarding
Customers can complete guided registration, provide required information and move through account verification before accessing available banking services.
Account and Balance Management
Users can view account balances, review account details and access essential financial information without navigating through multiple banking channels.
Transfers and Payments
Customers can manage beneficiaries, initiate transfers, complete supported payments and review transaction details before confirming financial actions.
Transaction History
The platform provides structured transaction records so customers can review recent activity, identify payment states and understand account movements.
Card Controls
Customers can access supported card information and manage available controls through a dedicated section within their digital banking experience.
Customer Support Requests
Users can submit service requests and follow their progress while internal teams manage customer cases through controlled web based workflows.

Results
Techanic Infotech delivered a connected digital banking platform across Android, iOS and Web, covering onboarding, account access, payments, transfers, card services and customer support. The release gave the private UAE operator a digital foundation for serving customers without relying on branch based processes for routine banking needs.
The operational outcome was stronger visibility across customer journeys. Internal teams could review onboarding cases, account activity and support requests through connected administrative tools. Shared information reduced the need to reconstruct customer context across separate systems when a request required investigation or follow up.
Customers received a more direct banking experience from initial registration through everyday account management. Guided onboarding helped new users understand required steps, while existing customers could move quickly to balances, transfers, payments and card services. Clear transaction states also helped reduce uncertainty around financial actions.
The client can now expand the digital service within the existing platform structure. Additional financial products, payment services, account features and customer support capabilities can be introduced without rebuilding the foundation, allowing the operator to grow its UAE offering as customer demand develops.
