Project Overview

Commercial Property Marketplace is a UAE platform designed to help businesses discover offices, retail spaces, warehouses and other commercial properties through one digital experience. Users can search available properties, apply location and property filters, review listing information, save suitable options and submit enquiries to property teams. Agents and property managers can maintain listings, manage enquiries and track prospects through a dedicated dashboard, while administrators oversee properties, users and marketplace activity. Techanic Infotech designed the platform around the practical needs of businesses searching for commercial space in the UAE, where location, size, pricing, facilities and availability all play an important role in shortlisting a property.

Project Idea

The business idea was to create a structured marketplace for companies looking for commercial property across the UAE. The operator wanted to bring property discovery and enquiry management into one platform so businesses could compare suitable spaces without relying entirely on scattered listings, calls and personal referrals.

Commercial property searches often involve more criteria than residential browsing. A business may need a specific area, floor size, parking capacity, building type, fit out condition or permitted use. When this information is incomplete or presented inconsistently, users spend more time contacting agents simply to determine whether a property is suitable.

Techanic Infotech connected property listings, search filters, saved properties and enquiry management within one marketplace. Businesses could narrow their search using relevant commercial criteria and contact the responsible property team directly from the listing. Agents could then review the enquiry with the property context already attached, reducing repeated questions during the first interaction.

The product principle focused on relevance, clarity and control. Businesses needed useful information before making contact, agents needed complete enquiry context and administrators needed visibility across marketplace activity. The platform was designed to help users move from broad discovery to a qualified property enquiry without adding unnecessary steps.

Challenges

The marketplace needed to support different business requirements, from a small company searching for a serviced office to an established organisation evaluating a larger commercial facility. Users could also be searching across several UAE locations at once. The platform therefore needed clear navigation, useful filters and enough property detail to help users create an initial shortlist confidently.

Commercial property data varies widely between offices, retail units, warehouses and other spaces. Each property type can require different information about area, facilities, access, permitted activity, availability and pricing. Techanic Infotech structured the listing model so these differences could be represented without creating a separate marketplace experience for every property category.

Property enquiry activity can rise when new listings are published or when businesses begin planning a move. Agents may receive several enquiries across different properties while administrators manage listing changes and user activity. Search, property pages and enquiry workflows needed to remain responsive while listing availability and enquiry status were updated across the marketplace.

Results

Techanic Infotech delivered a commercial property marketplace across Android, iOS and Web, bringing property discovery, search, saved listings and enquiry management into one connected product. The platform gives the UAE operator a structured digital channel for businesses searching for commercial space.

The operator gained central visibility across property listings, user activity and enquiries. Property teams could manage listings and respond to prospects from a dedicated workspace, while administrators could monitor marketplace activity without relying on separate spreadsheets or disconnected enquiry records.

For businesses, the marketplace created a more organised route from property discovery to enquiry. Users could narrow options using relevant commercial criteria, save properties and return to shortlisted spaces before contacting a property team. Agents also received enquiry context alongside the relevant listing, helping them understand the prospect's interest sooner.

The platform provides a foundation for expanding commercial property coverage across additional UAE locations and categories. New property types, agents, locations and business account capabilities can be introduced within the existing marketplace structure without rebuilding the core discovery and enquiry experience.
